Executive Vice President of Business Development and Strategy / Notice Expert
With more than 20 years of leadership at CPT Group, Julie Green now serves as President. As a key architect in shaping the company’s direction, continued growth and reputation for excellence, Julie brings extensive expertise in Class Action Administration and oversees all facets of the organization, ensuring that each settlement is executed with precision, integrity, and unwavering compliance.
Julie has led the design and implementation of thousands of legal notice programs spanning a wide range of complex, large-scale cases. Her hands-on approach and comprehensive knowledge of Class Action Administration—including data and claims analysis, cybersecurity industry requirements (physical and digital), notice drafting and delivery, and settlement fund calculations—ensure that each Settlement is executed with neutrality, precision, and full compliance with court-mandated requirements.
As President, Julie prioritizes operational excellence, leveraging emerging technologies to enhance efficiencies and adapting to an evolving industry landscape, all the while cultivating strong and meaningful client partnerships. She works closely with CPT’s operations, business development, and management teams to align services with client goals and continuously works to improve internal processes. Her collaborative work with the management team helps identify strategic opportunities for innovation, long-term growth, and business development.
Under her guidance, CPT Group remains at the forefront of Class Action Administration. Julie’s strategic vision and steady leadership continue to reinforce CPT’s position as a trusted partner in the industry. Julie will continue to set the industry benchmark in Class Action Administration—grounded in experience, driven by innovation, and defined by results.
Julie holds a BA each in Drama and Psychology & Social Behavior from the University of California, Irvine.
Beyond the office, Julie is married and a devoted mother to two energetic girls. A lifelong passion for music has shaped her into an accomplished singer, songwriter, and performer. She dedicates her spare time to music therapy for children and has proudly contributed her talents for the past decade as a cast member in the Children's Hospital of Orange County's annual fundraiser, CHOC Follies!

With over 16 years at CPT Group, Randi Martz serves as Executive Vice President of Business Development and Strategy, where she plays a pivotal role in driving the company’s growth, client engagement, and long-term strategic planning. In this executive capacity, Randi oversees CPT’s business development initiatives, identifies new market opportunities, and leads high-level strategies to expand brand presence and enhance client relationships nationwide.
Randi spearheads the development of tailored legal notification programs, combining secondary market research with industry insight to craft cost-effective and results-driven solutions. She collaborates closely with clients during the RFP process to design recommendations that support settlement goals while optimizing administrative efficiencies.
As a key liaison between CPT’s Sales and Operations Teams, Randi ensures a seamless transition from proposal to execution. Her leadership strengthens cross-departmental collaboration and enhances the organization’s ability to respond to market demands. She also manages a team of skilled professionals, oversees strategic marketing efforts, and contributes to CPT’s ongoing organizational growth.
Randi earned her B.A. in Business Administration from California State University, Fullerton. Outside of work, she enjoys attending church and spending time with her husband and two sons outdoors—whether at the beach, hiking, or on camping trips and proudly embracing her role as a baseball mom.
