Industry Veteran Joins Leadership Team to Accelerate Client Expansion and Market Positioning
CPT Group, Inc. is pleased to announce the appointment of Sondra Monroe as Vice President of Business Development — a key addition as the company continues to expand its presence in the complex litigation and settlement administration market.
Sondra brings 28 years of specialized experience across class action administration, Qualified Settlement Funds, fiduciary services, and corporate trust. Throughout her career, she has built and scaled client partnerships at a national level, helping law firms, managing agents, and court-appointed parties navigate complex legal and administrative matters with confidence.
In her new role, Sondra will focus on client acquisition, relationship expansion, and strategic market growth. Known for her high-touch, advisory approach, she works closely with clients to understand the unique needs of each case and develop customized solutions that support successful outcomes.
Prior to joining CPT Group, Sondra held senior business development and advisory roles where she led the growth of claims administration, escrow, and legal services platforms. She holds a Juris Doctor from Charlotte School of Law and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a finance concentration from the University of Southern Mississippi. She has also earned Advanced and Foundational Certificates in Mass Tort Multidistrict Litigation from the Bolch Judicial Institute at Duke University School of Law.
