With a Master of Science in Industrial/Organizational Psychology and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Central Florida, Jennifer brings a deep understanding of human behavior and organizational dynamics to her role as Supervising Case Manager at CPT Group.
Jennifer’s professional journey began in employee engagement and retention, where she honed her skills as a project manager and consultant. With a keen eye for identifying and nurturing top talent, she collaborated closely with leaders to develop strategies to foster a thriving workplace culture. Her expertise was further solidified during her tenure as Director of Client Services for an external consulting firm, where she led a diverse team of consultants, project managers, and analysts to deliver exceptional results for clients across industries.
Jennifer embarked on a new career chapter when she joined CPT Group, drawing on her background in psychology and client services, where she oversees cases with precision and empathy.
Outside work, Jennifer finds solace and inspiration in the great outdoors, immersing herself in nature through hiking and running. She’s equally at home, participating in some friendly competition while indulging in game nights and sports.
