Dominique Fite has over a decade of experience in the class action space – as both a former class action attorney and business development specialist. Based in San Diego, she offers expertise, strategic advice, and cost-effective customized solutions to clients Nationwide during the developing stages of the class action notice and administration processes in all practice areas, including consumer protection, ERISA, securities, employment, data breach, and antitrust matters.
Dominique received her J.D. from American University, Washington College of Law where she was a member of the Moot Court Executive Board and Team and Marshall-Brennan Fellow and a B.A. from New York University, where she graduated magna cum laude. She is a member of the Association of Business Trial Lawyers, Consumer Attorneys of California and the American Bar Association.
Mother to an adorable toddler, Dominique enjoys frequent trips with her son to the San Diego Zoo and Safari Park, local museums, and Disneyland. She is also an avid foodie, fearless trivia competitor, and most recently picked up golf.
