With more than a decade of experience spanning class action litigation and settlement administration, Dominique Fite brings a unique perspective as both a former class action attorney and seasoned business development executive. As Vice President of Business Development at CPT Group, she partners with attorneys nationwide to navigate complex notice and settlement administration challenges and has played a key role in expanding the company's presence in antitrust, consumer and data breach class actions.
Dominique's career includes experience with prominent organizations such as Cohen Milstein, Garden City Group, and RG/2 Claims Administration, giving her a well-rounded understanding of class action litigation from both the legal and administrative perspectives.
A recognized industry leader and published author, Dominique was named one of Pinnacle Women Insights' Top 10 Admired Women Leaders of 2024. Her thought leadership includes articles published in Law360 and The Recorder addressing emerging technologies, industry trends, and best practices in settlement administration. She also develops Continuing Legal Education (CLE) programs for attorneys nationwide.
Dominique earned her J.D. from American University's Washington College of Law and graduated magna cum laude from New York University.
Outside the office, Dominique is a proud mother to a spirited 9-year-old son and an active leader in her San Diego community. She serves as the PTA Vice President of Fundraising at her son's elementary school and holds leadership roles with the school's Site Governance Team, local Little League, and Mira Mesa Cluster Schools Council. A San Diego native, she's also an avid foodie, fitness enthusiast, tennis player, and fearless trivia competitor.
