Wes brings extensive experience in class action, mass arbitration, and mass tort administration, with a background leading complex, largescale matters from presettlement planning through final distribution. He has held executive roles overseeing client services, business development, and operations, partnering with law firms nationwide to design efficient and cost-effective administration solutions. Wes is widely recognized as the leading voice in mass arbitration administration, setting the standard for innovation and execution. Prior to “civilian life,” Wes served in the United States Navy, making six global deployments and providing valuable leadership and insight into the Navy’s warfighting capabilities.

As a strategic business leader, Wes has helped organizations modernize their approach to notice, claims processing, data analysis and digital payments while driving stronger client relationships and more scalable delivery models.
He holds an M.S. in Project Management, a B.A. in Organizational Management, and has completed an executive education program at UCLA Anderson School of Management. Wes is a certified Project Management Professional and Scrum Master. In his spare time, Wes is a dedicated “football dad” first and foremost, an avid skier and prefers nothing more than being outside.
